PURPOSE:To prevent irradiation of an opposing running car with dazzling light yielded by the residual light of a head lamp, even if a vehicle is of a type in which it has a head lamp having an irradiation surface which is shielded in a direction extending from the front of a vehicle to the upper thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a third condition in which a contact T22C of a lighting switch 22 is connected to contacts t and H, a diode D5 in a delay circuit 10 is earthed through a contact H of the switch 22. In which case, since a relay 21 is excited, a contact 21 is opened, and capacitors C1, C2, and C3 are charged, in case the third condition is returned at a breath to a first condition in which the contact piece T22C is connected in an OFF state to a contact E, and thereafter, a contact T21 of the relay 21 is closed, and head lamps 15 and 16 are shielded and driven. Thus, since, after the lamps 15 and 16 are lighted OFF and a residual light disapears completely, the lamps are shielded and driven by means of motors M1 and M2, an opposing running vehicle is prevented from irradiation with a dazzling light. |
