PURPOSE:To fully make a rubber crawler resist to heavy load by forming a protruded body with a core bar in a T-shaped form and making a rolling wheel run on the top. CONSTITUTION:Since protruded bodies P and P are formed in a T-shaped form and both edges e and e of the top protrude in the horizontal direction at a fixed length, the gap t between adjacent core bars 10 and 10 is reduced comparatively. Consequently, even if the side barrel sections 14a and 14b of a rolling wheel 14 are deviated from the top of the adjacent core bars 10 and 10, the fall-in quantity h of the rolling wheel 14 is reduced comparatively. As a result, the upward and downward vibration of the rolling wheel is small. In addition, since the top of the core bars is wide, load is diffused and received. Even for a crawler with heavy load, an exfoliation problem between the core bars and the crawler main unit and a crack problem on rubber quality are prevented effectively, and the crawler can resist to its long-term use. |
