Loading truck with a conveying device which passes with its conveying elements into a conveying channel, leading from a pick-up device into a loading space, through the front wall, formed by scrapers, of said conveying channel and between the paths of which, extending through the conveying channel as far as the rear wall, are arranged the knives of a cutting device which are movable counter to the spring force of a guard device out of their initial position by way of a shifted position, in which the conveying elements no longer engage over the upper cutter parts of the knives on their path with the conveying channel, into an end position, in which a guard device causes the stopping of the drive of the conveying device, the guard device being capable of being equipped with means for changing the drive over to reverse.
