PURPOSE:To improve the strength and corrosion resistance by adding prescribed percentages of Al, Si, Fe, Ni, Cr, etc. CONSTITUTION:The titled alloy consists of, by weight, 0.05-1.5% Al, 0.005- 0.3% Si, 0.005-1% one or more among Fe, Ni, Cr, Co and Sn, and the balance Cu or further contains <=0.5% Zn. The alloy has high strength and superior resistance to corrosion due to exhaust gas or a corrosive gas contg. salt, SO2, etc., and it is used as a material for a radiator for an automobile.
