PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which performs clipping of die forged articles with small driving force without deforming the product by sandwiching the forged material with upper and inner dies having the streamlined contours for clipping and descending a die set having a circumscribing cutting edge. CONSTITUTION:A forged material 1 is put into the lower die 2 of upper and lower inner dies 3, 2 having shapes 7, 19 of die forged articles and streamlined contours of clipping dies 10, 23 and the material 1 is surely sandwiched by descending of a driving base 15 and a repulsive means 20. A flash part 6 is thereafter held and clipped by means of a die 5 having a circumscribing upper cutting edge and a die 4 having a circumscribing lower cutting edge energized by an impact buffer means 11. Since the mterial 1 is surely held by the means 20, the deformation of the material 1 is prevented and since the flash is removed by the continuous descending, only small driving power is required for clipping.
