PURPOSE:To cast continuously a chain without damaging a product by providing a groove for guiding a cord chain and a groove meeting a product delivery rod to upper and lower dies and delivering successively the product by the forward and backward movement of the rod. CONSTITUTION:A groove 10 which guides a cord chain 4 and a groove meeting a product delivery rod 3 are formed to upper and lower dies 1, 2 in production of a cast net for a fishing net formed by passing products 5 onto a cord chain 4, etc. The chain 4 is brought into press contact by the dies 1, 2 and after the product 5 is cast, the die 5 is opened and the rod 3 is moved back and forth for a prescribed distance to deliver the product 5. The chain 4 wound on a rotary drum 9 is thus unwound and is pulled via V-pulleys 6, 7. The chain 4 attached with the product 5 is advance by a V-pulley 8 toward a perpendicular direction. The products 5 are thus successively cast on the chain 4 by the dies 1, 2. |
