PURPOSE:To obtain a simple, small-sized structure by allowing the stripe-shaped infrared-ray shield body of an infrared-ray detection body and the stripe-shaped infrared-ray shield body of an oscillator to overlap periodically according to the oscillation of the oscillation body. CONSTITUTION:A pyroelectric type infrared detection body 101 which generates a charge according to the amount of incident infrared rays is made of PZT ceramics, etc., and electrodes 102 and 103 are formed on its main facing surfaces and fixed with a conductive adhesive such as silver paste. An insulating substrate 104 has a through hole 105 in consideration of the heat time constant of the infrared detection body 101. Further, an FET106 for impedance conversion is provided on the reverse surface of the insulating substrate 104, which is fixed to pin terminals 108, 109, and 110 of stems of a package. |
