PURPOSE:To use solar energy for lighting the light source of a tail lamp by disposing a light sensitive switch, which is unactivated when receiving sun light, between the light source and an accumulator charged with the solar battery. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator 8 is charged with current by a solar battery 6 in the day time where sun light is present. The current is inhibited from reflux by a reflux inhibiting diode 9. On the other hand, when a rider sits on a saddle at night, a pressure sensitive switch 12 is closed while the light sensitive switch 10 is kept on due to its function that it is turned off when receiving sun light but turned on when the sun light is absent. The tail lamp light source 4 of a luminous diode or the like is therefore lit. Such lihting method has the advantages of self lighting of the tail lamp at night, freedom from running load given by a dynamo or so and ensurance of semipermanent life. |
