摘要 PURPOSE:To perform measurement accurately and quickly, by arranging another one-dimensional solid image pickup element at an appropriate angle with a one- dimensional solid image pickup element, and analyzing the interval and direction of fringes based on the two kinds of observed values of Young's fringes. CONSTITUTION:Young's fringes 9 are observed by a one-dimensional solid image pickup element 13' and become a segment of a part, where the direction M'M', along which the one-dimensional solid image pickup element 13' that is inclined by an angle alpha with respect to segments A1A2 and B1B2 is aligned, is intersected. Namely, segments OP1 and OP2 are the magnitudes of the interval between the fringes, which are measured by the one-dimensional solid image pickup elements 13 and 13', respectively. Then relationships sintheta0=dx/do and sin(alpha-theta0)=dx/d0' are obtained. In these expressions, d0 and d0' are the segments OP1 and OP2, respectively, dx is the interval 0Q1 of the fringes to be measured, and theta0 is an angle <OP1B1 of the direction of the fringes. Thus, the magnitude of the interval of the fringes and the direction of the fringes in a diffraction pattern (Young's fringes), when laser light is projected on a double-exposion negative in a speckel photograph, can be measured accurately and quickly.
