PURPOSE:To aim at the miniaturization of a device without entailing any damage to shifting controllability, by installing a cam rotatably in a check arm, while setting up a stopper pin which limits rotation of the cam, and installing a projection working together with the cam in a fixed sleeve in addition. CONSTITUTION:A reverse miss operation preventive cam 19 is rotatably installed in position between a flange 10 and a roller 18 of a check arm 10. A cam 19 is provided with a projection 19a directed at the end face of a sleeve 12 and notches 19b and 19c arranged at both sides in the circumferential direction and a stopper projection 19d. And, the cam 19 is elastically supported at a constant rotation position by dint of a coil spring 20. In addition, a stopper pin 21 limiting the cam 19 to its clockwise rotation working together with the stopper projection 19d is embeddedly installed in the flange 10. Furtheremore, there is provided with a projection 22, which works together with the projection 19a of the cam 19, on the end face of the fixed sleeve 12.
