PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device that can obtain wave crest plates of high pitch accuracy free from warping continuously from a plate by linking a pair of forming dies, a positioning device that moves at the time of forming and a correcting device, and driving a cutting device by a controlling command. CONSTITUTION:A plate 6A is formed by a male die 11 and a female die 12 of forming dies 2A, 2B to make wave crests. The formed plate 6B is fed by one pitch by raising a ram and temporarily positioned by a male movable piece 13. The male movable piece 13 and female movable piece 14 are projected respectively by elastic bodies 21, 22, and the plate 6B is held and positioned. Then, wave crests are gradually formed by the male die 11 and female die 12. Because of residual stress, the formed plate 6B is warped in two directions shown by arrows, and this is corrected by a male correcting piece 23 and a female correcting piece 24. When necessary number of wave crests are worked, a female cutting edge 27 is lowered by the command of a controlling device.
