PURPOSE:To speed-up the backward speed of a driving-rotatin body of an electrophotographic copying machine, by connecting the driving-rotating body with a driving source through an one-way clutch which transmits a drive pin in the driving direction only against the given force of the drive pin which always energized in the returning direction. CONSTITUTION:Sprockets 24 and 26 of an one-way clutch are equipped with boss sections 24' and 26', respectively, and a spring 28 is provided between the boss sections 24' and 26'. The spring 28 is wound in a direction, in which the spring is tightened when twisted in the direction of an arrow A and tightly fitted to the boss section 26', but wound around the boss section 24' with an appropriate quantity of space. When the sprocket 26 is rotated in the direction of the arrow A, the spring 28 is tightened and the drive is transmitted from the sprocket 26 to the sproket 24 by means of the frictional force. |
