PURPOSE:To prevent the insulating life of a stator for an underwater motor from decreasing by integrally molding the stator with a thermosetting resin molding material. CONSTITUTION:After a coil 3 and a core 2 are enclosed with a metal lamination plastic film 4, a molding layer 1 is molded by integrally molding with a thermosetting resin molding material. The molding material to be used adds as a filler calcium carbonate, silica, quartz powder, alumina powder, or talc to phenol resin, epoxy resin or unsaturated polyester resin, as a reinforcing agent glass fiber and pigment, internal mold releasing agent, coupling agent. |
