PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling device of after-purge of an outdoor fan in an air conditioner which can eliminate wasteful consumption of power in the operation of the outdoor fan by making the outdoor fan conduct the after- purge when an electrical part is heated and by making it conduct no after-purge when the electrical part is not heated and so the after-purge is not needed. SOLUTION: The electrical part 40 connected to a compressor 30 is provided with a temperature sensor 60. On the occasion when the compressor is stopped and the temperature sensor recognizes that a set temperature is not reached, the operation of the outdoor fan is controlled to stop, and when the temperature sensor recognizes that the set temperature is reached or exceeded, it is controlled to continue for a prescribed time and then stop.
