PURPOSE:To prevent a printing mistake by confirming a center-center mode and a top-center mode by the cursor on a display means, by changing the cursor displayed to the display means according to character shape information. CONSTITUTION:A cursor generated on CRT10 is grasped as an imaginary body and changed according to character shape information. The imaginary body cursor corresponding to character shape information of the magnification and the lens mode of a main lens 23 provided to a photographing optical system, the deformation rate and direction of a deformation lens 24 provided thereto and the rotary angle of an image rotary prism 25 provided thereto is generated to the optical axis position (present position) of the photographing optical system on a display means. The character selected from a character plate 22 is displayed to the optical axis position of the photographing optical system and, thereafter, the imaginary body cursor is generated to the next display position. The deformation rate, the deformation direction or the rotation amount of a character image can be confirmed in an analogue state. |
