PURPOSE:To simplify a constitution of a data processing device, and also to execute easily an input operation of a data by discriminating an intrinsic number affixed on a prescribed form, and recording a code number corresponding to its intrinsic number in a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A procedure storage device 11, an information storage device 12, a registering key 2, a control key 3, a printing device 13, a magnetic recording device 7, a signal processing circuit 9, etc. are connected to an operating device (CPU)10 of a data processing device. A data input device 4 is connected to this processng circuit 9, and a counting-up computer 14 is connected to the device 7. Plural marks 18 are placed on a freely rotatable belt-like pedestal of this input device 4, an intrinsic number to the mark 18 is affixed to a position of a display window 19 of this mark 18 by a conductive plate 25 and a fixed contact 26, and its intrinsic number is printed on a form. The intrinsic number of the mark 18 printed on this form is discriminated by the processing circuit 9, a code number corresponding to its intrinsic number is stored in the device 7, inputted to the computer 14, and a constitution of the processing device is simplified.
