PURPOSE:To make a low noise amplifier small-sized and to facilitate assembling it while keeping a sufficient heat insulating effect by connecting the output side of an amplifying part and an output waveguide with a flexible coaxial line. CONSTITUTION:A thermomodule 12 having a radiating fan 13 in the high-temperature side is provided, and an amplifying part 11 connected thermally to the low-temperature side of this thermomodule 12 is surrounded with a heat insulating material 18 and is stored in a housing 10. A long heat insulating waveguide (consisting of, for example, stainless steel) 14 is connected to the input side of the amplifying part 11 from one side face of the housing 10, and a long heat insulating waveguide 16 having a coaxial waveguide converter 17 at the tip is provided from the other side face of the housing 10, and the coaxial waveguide converter 17 and the output side of the amplifying part 11 are connected with a flexible coaxial line 15.
