PURPOSE:To print a sentence and a graph drawn on a blackboard at the place instantaneously by arranging the sensor part consisting of a light source and a photoelectric converting element at right angles to a movement direction to overall width of the blackboard. CONSTITUTION:An image of character, etc., written on a blank material is formed on the image sensor by light emitted by a light source 25. The image sensor 24 converts line image into electric signal, which is sent out to a circuit part 35. This circuit part 35 composes a signal for a screen by a synchronizing signal matching with the movement speed of the blank material 1, and the signal is converted by an encoding/decoding circuit part 73 into a digital signal, which is sent out to a printing head through a print control part 74 to print the character printing paper 6. The signal for the screen which is converted into the digital signal by the encoding/decoding circuit part 73 is stored in a storage device 75 temporarily to take plural copies when necessary. |
