Spray gun

A spray gun (1), in particular for coating cavities, is described. The spray gun (1) has a gun body (4) and a nozzle holder (5). The nozzle holder (5) can be displaced relatively towards the gun body (4). During its displacement, it operates a release mechanism (16). Only then can the actual spraying operation be initiated. The spray gun (1) is especially suitable for cavity conservation in automobile bodies.
