PURPOSE:To carry out the check and evaluation of the arms load in a working mode with a simple operation during working by providing an input switch to measure the working duration of arms, shift time of a held object due to actions of arms and operating time and calculating the input data. CONSTITUTION:A numerical switch 2 is provided at the front of a device case 1, and sorted manual display patterns are shown beside the switch 2. A selective switch is possible between a manual operation mode and a holding power point mode by a changeover switch 5. In a manual operation mode the number N of products per day is supplied by the switch 2. Then a measurement switch 7 is pushed to sort the arms action of one unit in accordance with display patterns, and each switch is pushed continuously for the corresponding actions. As a result, the time corresponding to a grade (i) of weighted points of each action is measured and stored. When the measurement is over, a result switch 8 is pushed to display the grade of manual operations to a display part 9a. The measurement is carried out in the same way also with the holding power point. |
