PURPOSE:To reduce a change on standing of an inductance by a method wherein a conductive film composed of Ag-Pd alloy is formed on a column-shape ferrite substrate and the conductive film is subjected to the spiral processing by a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A conductive material film mainly composed of Ag-Pd alloy is applied on the outside circumference surface of a column-shape ferrite substrate 1 and baked. The baked conductive material film is subjected to the spiral processing by a laser beam to form a spiral conductive film 2. Therefore, the conductive film 2 is a thick film mainly composed of Ag-Pd alloy. With this composition, a change by aging of a resistance and an inductance can be reduced. |
