This device can be fitted to a substantially vertical panel 10 fitted with uniformly distributed perforations 9, this device comprising means 1, 2 which can be inserted into the perforations 9 of the said panel 10 and are capable of bearing against the inner face 4 of the latter, means 3 capable of bearing against the outer face 5 of the said panel, the distance between the nearest faces of the means 1, 2 and the means 3 being substantially equal to the thickness of the panel, the said device being characterised in that it additionally comprises means 6 designed to receive and hold a support 7 in place .
