PURPOSE:To enable a gas driven type pump to be operated as specified in its rating and the whole device to be formed in a small size, by providing branch lines respectively connecting a compressor to a driving pressure outlet in a positive pressure line and a vacuum pump to the driving pressure outlet in a negative pressure line. CONSTITUTION:A branch line 10, branching from a position between a pressure reducing valve 6 and a compressor 1 and communicating to a driving pressure outlet 7 so as to connect the compressor 1 to the driving pressure outlet 7, is provided in a positive pressure line 9, while a branch line 12, branching from a position between a pressure reducing valve 6 and a vacuum pump 2 in a negative pressure side and communicating to the driving pressure outlet 7 so as to connect the vacuum pump 2 to the driving pressure outlet 7, is provided in a negative pressure line 11. In this way, a gas driven type pump 8, constituting its driving gear such that when the positive pressure from a positive pressure tank 3a or the negative pressure from a negative pressure tank 4a is applied, a positive pressure higher than said positive pressure or a negative pressure lower than said negative pressure is synchronously applied for a short time directly from the branch lines 10, 12, can be operated as in rating, accordingly capacity of the positive and the negative tanks is decreased, thus the whole device can be formed in a small size. |
