A powder supply unit for a tube that contains a getter material is provided to reduce the loss of material and reduce failure rate by supplying an accurate quantity of the powder made of the getter material into inside of a micro-tube. A plurality of nozzles(62) is formed at the bottom of a powder supply tank(61), and a taper portion is included on the top of a nozzle. A slide plate(63) comprises a powder storage hole connected to each nozzle and is reciprocated horizontally by a cylinder. The upper side of a guide block(65) is adhered closely to the bottom surface of the slide board, and the bottom surface of the guide block is adhered closely to the jig(2) in which tube was inserted. The transfer hole of the guide block is connected to the tube injection hole of a jig.
