USE:Herbicide effective in paddy field, plowed land, orchard, pasture, lawn, forest, etc. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be prepared by reacting 1 equivalent of the compound of formula II with 1-2 equivalent of a dehydrative condensation agent (e.g. triethylamine, NaOH, etc.) in a solvent at -20-+100 deg.C for 0.5-10hr.
