PURPOSE:To enable to produce a desired printed matter easily and speedily, by providing a recording means for forming an image on a reflective recording member and a recording means for forming an image on a light-transmissive recording member. CONSTITUTION:A recording head 16 reproduces an image on a recording paper 2 fed from a cassette 1, while a recording head 17 reproduces an image on a transparent resin film 4 fed from a cassette 3. The first sensor 22 is provided on the operator's side of the recording head 17, and when the leading end of the film 4 being fed is detected, the head 17 is driven to start printing on the film 4, which printing is continued until the trailing end of the film 4 is detected by the sensor 22. Similarly, a sensor 23 is provided on the operator's side of the recording head 16, and the head 16 is controllably driven by an output from the sensor 23. |
