PURPOSE:To prevent the same part of an image carrier from the generation of fatigue and deterioration by reciprocating the image carrier in the axial direction on the basis of motion obtained by a decelerating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a working gear 9 is rotated in the clockwise direction, a lever base 14, a cam lever 13 and a gear shaft 15 formed unitedly with a drum shaft 10 are rotated in the arrow direction. The cam lever 13 is oscillated around the shaft 13a by an angle corresponding to an eccentric distance by following a cam 19 eccentrically fitted from the rotational center of the shaft 10. Since an one-way clatch is pressed into an engaging part of the cam lever 13 with the gear shaft 15 of the lever base 14 in the same locking direction, the gear shaft 15 is rotated only in the arrow C direction. When a pin part 17 of a follow-up plate 17 is abutted upon the range of the cam surface 16' of a cam gear 16, a drum rear flange 8 and a photosensitive drum 1 coupled with the follow-up plate 17 are slightly moved in the arrow E direction on the basis of a deceleration ratio due to the eccentric cam 19 and the cam lever 13. |
