PURPOSE:To obtain a displacement device whose response is quick, driving voltage is low and a quantity of displacement is large, by sticking two parallel- connected type bimorph vibrators on both sides of a metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:A first and second metallic plates 7, 11 of the center of a respective first and second parallel-connected bimorph vibrators 10, 14 are made into one side electric terminal by short-circuiting the metallic plates 7, 11, on the other hand, a central third metallic plate 15 of the whole of the titled device and external electrodes 16, 17 are made into the other side electric terminal, and alternating voltage is applied to a space between both the terminals. One edge side of the third metallic plate 15 is made into a stationary side and the other edge side of the same is made into a displacement side. When an edge of a displacement device is being fixed by applying positive voltage to the third metallic plate 15 and the electrode 16, 17 sides the negative voltage to a first and second metallic plate 7, 11 sides, a free end on the opposite side of the stationary end is bent upward and the free end is bent downward when polarity of voltage is reversed. |
