PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic resin uneven tile on the concave bottom of which unblotted coating material is transferred by compressing powder material before melting synthetic resin powder and a coating material layer and incorporated them into each other. CONSTITUTION:Coating material is applied to the convex surface on a part at least of an uneven mold composed of small high frequency dielectric loss material and then dried. After the inner part of the mold is filled with synthetic resin powder material large in high frequency dielectric loss, a base plate is mounted on the upper surface of the mold, the powder material is compressed between the mold and the base plate and then high frequency current is applied to melt the synthetic resin powder material and coating material and to incorporate them into each other. Before high frequency current is applied to melt the powder material and the coating material layer and to incorporate them into each other, the powder material is compressed. Therefore, before the powder material is melted, it moves so that the mold is filled tightly with it and then it is melted and made into one body by applying the later high frequency current. Accordingly, the melted powder material and the coating material layer as well hardly flow. Accordingly, a coating material layer is not blotted on both sides of the recessed area of the obtained synthetic resin tile and a tile with a clear appearance can be obtained.
