The present invention relates to a method for producing a diet drink comprising a sprouted adzuki bean vinegar and a pomegranate concentrate as main ingredients. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a diet drink which improves taste and increases preservation power by adding a vinegar to sprouted adzuki bean and adding sugar and water to pomegranate, thereby producing the diet drink in a method for producing a diet drink. A method for producing a diet drink comprising a sprouted adzuki bean vinegar and a pomegranate concentrate as main ingredients according to the present invention includes a pomegranate concentrate preparing process (100), an adzuki bean sprouting process (200), an adzuki bean vinegar preparing process (300), a mixing process (400), and a dilution process (500). The pomegranate concentrate preparing process (100) includes a washing step, a decomposition step, a sugar mixing step, and an aging step. The adzuki bean sprouting process (200) includes a first soaking step, a first dewatering step, a drying step, a second soaking step, a second dewatering step, and an adzuki bean sprouting step. The adzuki bean vinegar preparing process (300) includes an adzuki bean vinegar aging step and an adzuki bean vinegar extracting step. The mixing process (400) is performed by mixing a pomegranate concentrate with an adzuki bean vinegar prepared through the adzuki bean vinegar preparing process (300). The diet drink has a proper concentration through the dilution process (500) of mixing drinking water with a mixture of the pomegranate concentrate and the adzuki bean vinegar. |
