PURPOSE:To improve the service to a caller of a long distance and a long time by intermitting tentatively a charging registration to a call having a prescribed value or over of charging index in excess of a prescribed time call. CONSTITUTION:When a call is started at first, whether or not a charging index is K6-K14 or not is discriminated, and a meter intermitting device MESE is operated only at K6-K14. Further, when a call continues even after 10min from the start of the call, a charging stop relay MES is driven and a five-division pulse lead is grounded as a charging intermittent signal for 1min. In this case, since the lead is grounded, the intermission of the five-division pulse is made ineffective, a five-count relay is stopped temporarily, a charging registration relay is inoperative at this point of time and the charging registration is intermitted. When the charging intermittent signal for 1min is released, the registration is executed again. |
