PURPOSE:To reduce the cooling time of a thermal insulating door, while preventing the deformation of said door by a method in which the space between a door-inner plate and various members is filled with foaming thermal insulating material and a bottom force is mold-released, and then after said material has been forcedly cooled from the side of the door inner plate, a top force is opened and the thermal insulating door is taken out. CONSTITUTION:After a door-inner plate 4 has been placed in a bottom force 1, the foaming thermal insulating material 6 in liquid state is poured on the door-inner plate 4, and the sheathed members 7 such as a door frame 8, a door-outer plate 9, etc., are placed on the outer periphery of the door-inner plate 4 and then said material is covered with a top force from above. The foaming thermal insulating material 6 expands its volume by reaction, thereby filling the space formed in between the door-inner plate 4 and the sheathed members 7. After the foaming has been finished, the bottom force 1 is released from an outer frame 2. After the bottom force has been regulated and cooled in a cooling furnace 11, it is used again for the manufacture of next thermal insulating door. The thermal insulating door is forcedly cooled from the side of the door-inner plate 4 by a cooling device 12. Then, the top force 10 is mold-released and the completed thermal insulating door is taken out from the outer frame 2. |
