PURPOSE:To make easily mechanical parts made of metals wear resistant by spraying a material having wear resistance on the part requiring wear resistance thereby providing wear resistance to one surface. CONSTITUTION:A metallic material having wear resistance such as a special steel or sintered tungsten carbide alloy or a non-metallic material such as ceramics is prepd. A preform 1 is manufactured from such wear resistant material in such a way that a wear resistant surface 11 appears on one surface by metalicon to a certain thickness t. A metallic material or non-metallic material is cast on the surface 12 of the preform 1 opposite from the surface 11 to a prescribed outside diameter and size. A mechanical part body 5 is formed integrally with the body 1. The body 5 is formed of a metallic material such as aluminum, light alloy or bronze. |
