PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic apparatus for industrial process of simple construction and low price, by constructing the electronic apparatus for industrial process with thermal electricity generating element, means for storing its energy and electronic circuit delivering a signal related to the process quantity with connected power source terminal to above items. CONSTITUTION:In a flow-velocity measuring system of a nucleus reactor liquid Na, a thermal electricity generating element 6 is heated on its joint by high- temperature liquid Na and receives supply of electric power from a source located between low-temperature end-members 61, 62. The power, after stored in an accumulator 7 including a means 7 for including a means 7 for adjusting a voltage constant, is supplied to each circuit. An oscillator 74 supplies an AC signal of constant frequency to an exciting coil 31, causing an eddy current in liquid Na. By this eddy current a shift of magnetic flux distribution in proportion to the flow-velocity of liquid Na is produced in the main magnetic flux of the magnetic exciting coil 31. In an detection coil, a signal corrsponding to it is produced and the flow-velocity of liquid Na is calculated through amplifiers 42, 43 by a computor circuit 44. Thus, an electronic apparatus for industrial process of simple construction and low price can be obtained. |
