SHIFT VALVE OPERATING MECHANISM FOR POWER SHIFT SPEED CHANGE GEAR

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent abrupt function of a speed change mechanism by resetting a shift valve for exchanging a multi-stage speed change mechanism to the neutral position while interlocking with throw-in function of an engine start switch. CONSTITUTION:A referential point detector 15 is provided at one end of a shift valve 2 and a motor 8 will drive until a spool of shift valve 2 contact with said detector 15. Upon elapse of short time interval after throw-in of a start switch 14, the function of said detector 15 is cut to drive the motor 8 only through a command from a speed change operation switch 12 fed through a control section 13 by providing a reset mechanism 16. Consequently irrespective of the shifting position of said valve 2 prior to engine start, said valve 2 will always return to the neutral position upon start of engine to prevent abrupt starting of high speed mechanism.
