Baking cloth, in particular for Viennese bread and patisserie, formed by a layer 1 of silicone elastomer, which layer is formed by casting or spraying, in the liquid state, on a work surface and by a glass fabric 2 rolled out over this layer, the vulcanisation of the latter being carried out cold and in the open air.
