HAIR PIECE CONSTRUCTION

The substrate layer of a wig designed to fit a head is moulded. Strengthening board, which is cut to a suitable size, is attached to the lower surface of the substrate layer. Many weaving yarn lines are then attached to the layer. Water is sprayed onto the complex substrate that forms. The substrate is heated at 180oC to form a singular structure. Each hair of the wig is attached to the crosspoint of the weaving substrate.
