PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic, containing a pigment coated with an aluminum N-higher acylglutamate, a pigment coated with fibroin and an oily substance as main constituent materials, and having improved take-up property in an application tool, extensibility, adhesion, touch and humetant property, etc. without irritancy to the skin. CONSTITUTION:A cake-like makeup cosmetic obtained by mixing (A) a pigment coated with 0.3-10wt%, based on the pigment, aluminum N-higher acylglutamate, preferably a pigment coated with a compound of the formula (R is 11- 17C alkyl or alkenyl which may have OH) on the particle surface of the substrate pigment uniformly with (B) a pigment coated with 2-100wt% regenerated fibroin, preferably >=50wt% consisting of fibroin, insoluble in hot water, and having the beta-structure and (C) an oily substance, e.g. animal or vegetable oil or wax, as main constituent components. The component (A) in such an amount as to give 1-8wt% aluminum N-higher acylglutamate based on the total weight of the cosmetic recipe constituents is preferably contained therein.
