PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution method of a three-dimensional data model, and a system thereof, capable of reducing communication frequency by efficient parallel processing.SOLUTION: A living body data model generation device, when simulating a simulated motion for a three-dimensional data model generated from medical image data, distributes a load to processing devices by dividing the number of processing devices for parallel processing with simulated motions into a number P such that the number of peaks of finite elements of the three-dimensional data model becomes almost uniform with no division surfaces intersecting in the three-dimensional data model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 27
