PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by incorporating a specific rubber- modified styrene based copolymer with a polycarbonate polymer, and having a delustered appearance and high impact resistance. CONSTITUTION:A delustered polycarbonate based resin composition obtained by incorporating (A) 90-10pts.wt. polycarbonate polymer with (B) 10-90pts.wt. rubber-modified styrene based copolymer, obtained by copolymerizing a monomer selected from acrylonitrile based monomers and alkyl carboxylate based monomers with a styrene based monomer in the presence of a rubber-like polymer by the continuous mass or continuous solution polymerization method or mass-suspension two-stage polymerization method, and having 5-14 times mixed solution index in a mixed solvent of toluene and methyl ethyl ketone at 7/3 ratio, 1.5-10.0mu, preferably 1.5-4mu average particle diameter of the rubber-like polymer particles and 20-200cSt solution viscosity.
