METHOD FOR PREVENTING BLOCKING OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COATED PLATE

PURPOSE:To prevent blocking by coating a water soluble emulsion type resin paint on the resin coated surface of a thermoplastic resin-coated plate to a specified dry film thickness and drying the same. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin layer 3 such as a PVC resin paint-coated film layer, acrylic resin film-covered layer or the like is formed via an adhesive agent layer 2 on the surface of a base material 1 and a water-soluble emulsion type resin paint is coated thereon and is dried to form a water-soluble emulsion type resin coated layer 4 to 0.2-1mu dry film thickness thereof. Then blocking is prevented and rain water, etc. are easily removed by the film after the application.
