PURPOSE:To improve output characteristics and fuel emission of an engine, by correcting the fuel injection timing to advance it according to the engine speed and engine load. CONSTITUTION:The TDC point of an output shaft 6 is judged from the output signal of a rotational-angle sensor 14. When the judgement is made, an injection control signal having an injection pulse width T is calculated and applied to a fuel injection valve 11 to meet the injection timing. Thus, the injection timing is controlled by an injection timing control means 18 such that fuel is injected from the injection valve 11 at a prescribed rotational-angle position synchronously with the intake stroke when an intake port 7 is opened. At the same time, judging equality of the rotational angle thetacr of the output shaft 6 and the injection timing thetai and applying the injection control signal to the injection valve 11, the injection timing obtained by the control means 18 on the basis of the TDC point of the output shaft 6 is corrected by an injection timing correcting means 19 which corrects the injection timing to the injection timing thetainj meeting the operational conditions of an engine. Thus, since combination characteristics of the engine 1 can be improved, it is enabled to improve its output characteristics. |
