PURPOSE:A sweet bean jam which is produced by adding a powder of peanuts to the starting materials for sweet ADZUKI bean jam, thus being nutritious and digestible. CONSTITUTION:For example, 400g of raw ADZUKI bean jam are combined with 250g of sugar and they are well kneaded with heat. Then, 80g of powdered peanuts are added to the sweet jam to give the objective bean jam containing peanuts.
