PURPOSE:To ensure a stable operation by adding a circuit consisting of a Zener diode, a switch element and a resistance to a boot strap circuit as a clamp input circuit. CONSTITUTION:A drive signal Sd is a signal for controlling the ON/OFF of three (n) channel MOSFET10a, 11 and 12 and it is a rectangular wave of voltage Vd. The voltage Vd is a voltage which can make these FET10a, 11 and 12 turned on. Under such conditions, the first stage output is equal to a rectangular wave which is decided by the Zener voltage VZ of a Zener diode 13. This output is used as the input of a clamp circuit consisting of a diode 14, a capacitor 15 and an MOSFET11, and the output of the clamp circuit is used as the gate input of an FET10b. The FET10a has the opposite working to the FET10b. As a result, the effect of the clamp circuit due to the load can be previously prevented with use of an inverting circuit consisting of a Zener diode and a switch element. |
