PURPOSE:To obtain the titled adhesively bondable structure excellent in bonding strength, by forming by fusion a thin layer of a mixture of fine fluorocarbon resin powder and filler powder on the surface of a fluorocarbon resin base and subjecting the surface to a sputter-etching treatment. CONSTITUTION:A dispersion containing fluorocarbon resin powder of an average particle diameter of 0.05-50mu and filler powder of an average particle diameter <=10mu (e.g., aluminum oxide) at a volume ratio of 95/5-50/50 is applied to the surface of a fluorocarbon resin base, and heated to a temperature >= the m.p. of the fluorocarbon resin to form by fusion a thin layer of the mixture of the fluorocarbon resin powder and the filler powder on the surface of the base. This base is placed in a sputter-etching apparatus, and the surface on which the thin layer of the mixture is formed is subjected to a sputter-etching treatment under conditions including a pressure of an atmosphere of 0.0005-0.5Torr to obtain the purpose adhesively bondable fluorocarbon resin structure. |
