<p>PURPOSE:To improve the heat discharge to the fitting part and reduce the temperature of the whole coil and improve the quality by making the winding density of the center portion of the primary coil lower than that of the both side portions of the coil. CONSTITUTION:A core 1 is composed of laminated rectangular silicon-steel plates. Holes 2, with which the core 1 is fitted to a body, are provided to both ends of the core 1 and the core 1 is tightened and fitted to the fitting part of the body frame or the like by bolts. The core 2 is not only a core but also has a function of discharging the heat generated by the primary coil to the body frame. When the core is not fitted to the body, the temperature is higher than that when the core is fitted by 40-60 deg.C. The primary bobbin 4, which is made of resin and molded after the core 1 is inserted, is divided into three winding ditches by rims 5a, 5b. For instance, 85-95% of the whole winding of the primary coil 3 wound in the bobbin 4 is wound in the two ditches at the both ends and 5-15% of the whole winding is wound in the center ditch. An insulation means such as insulating paper can be used as a substitute for the primary bobbin 4.</p> |
