The subject of the invention is a cushion for the moulder of a croissant-making machine, enabling the dough to be pushed well out to the ends of said croissants. Said cushion 6 forms a point 8 at the anterior or front end, where the tip 8 has broad sides 9 which enable the dough to be pushed progressively towards the ends 12 and 13 of the croissant. The invention applies particularly to the moulders of machines for making croissants or rolls. <IMAGE>
