PURPOSE:To reduce the leak in an open state and to increase a response speed by coupling two series connection bodies each consisting of a transistor (TR) and a diode in opposite polarities through a capacitive element, and connecting a voltage source to the connection points of TR and diode. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 36 is connected to a power source 28, TRs 18 and 17 turn on to flow a current in the order of a power source 33, high resistance 32, TR18, 17, and power source 31; the potential at a point (d) rises and the potential at a point (e) falls. Then, a current flows through the power source 18, low resistance 27, diode Di21, TR18, TR17, Di22, low resistance 29 and power source 28 in order to turn on Dis 21 and 22, so an input to a terminal 26 is transmitted to a load 20. When the switch 36 is grounded, the TRs 18 and 17 turn off to lower and raises the potentials at points (d) and (e) respectively, so the Dis 21 and 22 also turn off. Therefore, the signal leak in an open state is small. Further, none of bases of TRs has high impedance, so the response speed is fast. |
