AMPLIFIER FOR BUS RECEIVER

PURPOSE:To obtain a high-speed and long-distance communication line by providing an equalizing circuit which compensates a decrease in gain in the high frequency range of a transmission line between the emitters of transistors (TR) of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The differential amplifier consists of TRs Q1 and Q2. The equalizing circuit Z1 is connected between the emitters of the TRs Q1 and Q2 and consists of the series circuit of a resistance R1 and a capacitor C1. An output signal is applied between the bases of the TRs Q1 and Q2, and an output is led out from between the collectors. Thus, the equalizing circuit is provided to compensate a decrease in gain in the high frequency range.
