PURPOSE:To obtain a multisegment collimator able to obtain an arbitrarily- shaped irradiated field by restricting the irradiated part in a X-ray device while using a divided screening block. CONSTITUTION:A disc 1 is fixed to the head part 6 of an X-ray device proper by using a fixing screw 5 for constituting a desired form while sliding each block 2 on a T-shaped rail 3 according to the shape of an affected part to be irradiated by X-rays, while fixing each block 2 to the disk with the setting screw 4 when the setting of said shape is finished. As in this way each block 2 can be inserted and fixed in the parallel-and-right-angled directions, it is possible to constitute the irradiated field in the more complex shape than the irradiated field composed in the parallel direction only as before. |
